2 slices of Eggcheese, 100g courgette, 100g mushrooms, 100g blue cheese, 1 small onion, 100g mayonnaise, 100g plain yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder. Serves 2.
Mix in one bowl: sliced Eggcheese, courgette, mushrooms, and onion. In another bowl, mix light mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and curry powder to form a dressing. Pour the dressing on the Eggcheese mix and stir it. Sprinkle with blue cheese and serve.
