200g cabbage, 1 slice of Eggcheese, 20g bacon, 1 medium onion, 1 egg, 60g bread crumbs, 80g oil, salt, minced pepper. Serves 2.
Boil cabbage in salt water. Fry onion with the bacon. Mince cabbage and Eggcheese, add egg, salt, ground pepper and breadcrumbs. Knead the mixture, form into a patty and fry gently in a small amount of oil. Serve warm on its own or with a meal.
