1 1/2 slices of Eggcheese, 40g ham, 100g tomato puree, 2 tbsp oil, 120g white beans, 2 cloves garlic, salt, spice. Serves 2.
Keep white beans covered with water for 12 hours and then boil until soft. Fry sliced Eggcheese and ham in oil, add tomato puree, salt, spice and pressed garlic. Mix all this with white beans.
