Cabbage & Eggcheese Croquette

200g cabbage, 1 slice of Eggcheese, 20g bacon, 1 medium onion, 1 egg, 60g bread crumbs, 80g oil, salt, minced pepper. Serves 2.

Kelové fašírky s Eggcheese Boil cabbage in salt water. Fry onion with the bacon. Mince cabbage and Eggcheese, add egg, salt, ground pepper and breadcrumbs. Knead the mixture, form into a patty and fry gently in a small amount of oil. Serve warm on its own or with a meal.
