Quick Eggcheese

2 slices of Eggcheese, 200g of English bacon or sausages, 2 large onions, 1 tsp of sweet pepper, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 20g of chicken broth. Serves 2.

Saute the diced bacon and Eggcheese (slice into 2x3 cm cubes), add onion and heat until it turns to a golden colour. Add the chicken bouillon, tomato puree and sweet pepper. Cook it gently, season it with hot pepper or thicken it by adding breadcrumbs. Serve with rice, pasta or bread.
