Eggcheese Schnitzel

2 slices of Eggcheese gently coated with dried vegetables, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, olive oil, flour mixed with dried vegetables, salt and other seasonings to taste. Serves 2.

Eggcheese ako klasický rezeň Coat Eggcheese with flour, then with whipped egg and finally, with breadcrumbs.
(The egg and breadcrumb coatings can be applied twice.)
Coated Eggcheese is then fried in gently heated oil until it turns golden.
Potato puree and lettuce salad are recommended side dishes.
