Quick & Easy Goulash

2 slices of Eggcheese diced into small pieces, 2 tbsp oil, 1 medium onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 dl of strong bouillon, 1/2 cup ketchup or pepper sauce, very fine flour or breadcrumbs for coating, 1/2 tsp goulash sauce, salt and spices. Serves 2.

Rýchly guláš Fry the onion in the oil until clear, add sliced garlic, half of the bouillon and 1 tsp of dried vegetables. Bring to a boil, then add the diced Eggcheese, ketchup, salt, spice and hot pepper. Bring again to a boil, dilute with water, and add the rest of the bouillon. Thicken with breadcrumbs. Cook quickly and briefly only to heat thoroughly.

Serve with bread, potatoes or chips.
Use any extra sauce with dumplings or rice.
