2 slices of Eggcheese, 100g pasta, 4 tomatoes, basil, 3 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Serves 2.
Chop Eggcheese and fry gently in a bit of the oil. Cook the pasta in salted water and drain. Chop tomatoes into cubes, mix it with olive oil, spice, basil and fried Eggcheese. Mix with cooked pasta, serve and enjoy.
